Zaterdag 19 mei '07, meerde het eerste grote cruiseschip af aan de Cruiseterminal in Rotterdam. De Star Princess lag zaterdag van 08.00 tot 18.00 uur aan de kade van de Wilhelminapier, van waaruit de ongeveer 1800 passagiers, voornamelijk Amerikanen en Britten uitwaaierden over Amsterdam, Gouda, Delft en natuurlijk Rotterdam.
